Well done for self excluding your self from Gambling Establishments it was a very wise decision and a healthy choice.
Please keep sharing your experiences with like minded people.
If you are able to attend meetings please do so they will help speed up your wisdom and your recovery.
Time invested in the recovery program now will save you lots of pains later on.
Sadly I use to bury and suppress my pains and I did not talk about them in the old days.
